Make a weapon of some sort out of dust. Get a damascus bullet, grind it to dust, collect it all up, melt it back together, or forge weld it back, and see what the patterns like, or if there is any pattern at all.

If anyone is curious, an atom is .0000000005 nanometers in diameter, each layer of this sword is roughly .00000635 milimeters which comes out to about 6.35 nanometers... so the layers are nowhere close to as small as an atom. Relatively speaking.

I'm guessing the grinding dust would make awful steel, but what about mixing with polymer resin for something? Like paperweights or a coffee table maybe?

It makes me happy to see Will forging. A lot of the time it feels like he is the shop bitc# and not an equal team member. I rewatched the vids from when they first got the shop and Will did so much of the grunt work solo.

since there are about 25.4 billion atoms in an inch, and since it is an 8th of an inch, it is about 3.175 billion atoms thick, so each layer is approximately 1587.5 atoms thick
not very big
